Mackintosh Rose Wall Planter

 This custom Art Nouveau–inspired stained glass wall planter with reimagined Mackintosh Rose elements is designed around the graceful curves and organic symmetry that define the movement.

The Mackintosh rose motif is set within structured copper lines that create a balanced, architectural composition. Soft green background glass adds depth, red rose accents provide contrast, and a copper overlay forms the root, giving the piece dimension beyond the flat plane of traditional stained glass.

Framed in steam bent Cherry hardwood, the planter blends glass and wood into a unified form. Designed to be wall-mounted and fully functional, it holds soil and a small plant, allowing living greenery to become part of the artwork itself.

The dimensions are 10.25" (wide) x 12" (tall) x 3.5" (depth). It contains 47 individual pieces of glass and took roughly 55 hours to complete.
